JSSOM MD Student Grade-Appeal Form
This submission-form is for use by JSSOM MD students that wish to appeal a preclerkship course or clerkship grade. Appeal of a preclerkship grade must be lodged through this grade-appeal portal within 5 business days of the reporting of the grade.
If you wish to dispute a Pre-Clerkship score for an assignment, quiz or NBME CAS exam, do NOT use this form. Rather, you must email your preclerkship director and request a meeting to discuss your concerns.
If you wish to dispute a Clerkship evaluation score or other assessment score(s), you must contact the clerkship directors by email within 5 days of the score being posted. DO NOT use this appeals portal to dispute these scores.
