JSSOM MD Student Grade-Appeal Submission Form
This submission-form is for use by JSSOM MD students that wish to appeal a preclerkship course or clerkship grade.
Appeal of a preclerkship grade must be lodged through this grade-appeal portal within 5 business days of the reporting of the grade.
If you wish to dispute a preclerkship score for an assignment, quiz or NBME CAS exam,
do NOT use this form. Rather, you must email your preclerkship director and request a meeting to discuss your concerns.
