UTMB is conducting a Diversity Engagement Survey to evaluate the institution’s diversity and inclusion climate.
This online survey will help to identify challenges to diversity and inclusion and create opportunities for improvement; develop and improve UTMB’s policies, practices, and programs related to diversity and inclusion; and raise awareness of diversity-related efforts across the institution
- The survey has been developed in conjunction with the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and it is being administered by DataStar, Inc., an independent survey management firm.
- All students, faculty, staff, and contract workers are eligible to participate in the survey.
- The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and is 100% confidential. DataStar will manage the collection and analysis of the data, and the results will be reported back to UTMB in aggregate form.
- The deadline for completing the survey is midnight, Friday, Aug. 29.
