League City Campus Parking
Effective June 25, 2018:
Parking Garage and
Skybridge will Open.
All garage and surface lot parking gates
will be activated.
Employee parking on LCC surface lots will remain FREE, and employee parking will also be available in the new garage. However, all LCC employee parking on the League City Campus will require staff badges to be coded for access to the garage or employee surface lots. The Parking Office will be on-site at LCC to code badges on specific days in June and July.

Patient and Visitor Parking

Campus continues to be free (validation
GARAGE PARKING for patients and visitors is on Levels 1 to
3 of the garage. Handicap-accessible van parking is on level 1 and
additional handicap-designated parking is available on levels 2 and 3.
Motorcycle parking is on level 2.
Our parking areas are color-coded
and designed to offer convenient
access to the following services:
• RED LOT (closest to Walker St.): Emergency
Department and Physical/Occupational Therapy
• YELLOW LOT (closest to I-45): UTMB Health
Clinics and MD Anderson Cancer Center
• PURPLE LOT (near the traffic circle): Surgery/
Day Surgery only
• GREEN GARAGE: Hospital, Gift Shop, Retail
Free SHUTTLE SERVICE is planned for the League City Campus, to
be provided by a wheelchair-accessible bus. It will make multiple stops
at designated locations during a 10-minute loop of the garage, parking
lots and hospital/clinic entrances. Look for shuttle-stop signs coming
League City Campus Employee Parking
Employee parking will be gated and controlled via badge access. Employees will need to have their badges encoded by Parking Operation to obtain access to the designated employee lot. Employees will not experience a parking fee at this time.
League City Campus “Visiting” Employee Parking
In order to ensure the best experience for our patients and fellow employees, all visiting employees, not based at League City Campus as a duty station, are asked to park only at the Park & Ride parking lot.
Badge Encoding on Galveston Campus – After July 5th, employees may have their badge encoded for the League City Campus at the Parking Office located in Rebecca Sealy Building, Rm. 2.756.
Public Parking - Galveston Campus
Parking is available for visitors and guests in Garage 8-Hospital Garage at 6th and Texas Ave, Garage 2-UHC at 1000 Harborside and PCP at 400 Harborside.
A booth attendant will be on duty in G8-Hospital Garage; Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., in G2-UHC; from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday and at PCP; Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.. The parking rate is $2.00 per hour or any part of an hour up to $14.00 maximum for the day.
Payment should be made to the booth attendant upon exiting and can be made by cash, check, or credit card. During the times that an attendant
is not on duty; payment will be made to the night machine upon exiting.
UTMB provides designated parking spaces for those vehicles duly registered and properly identified as provided by law
(Texas Transportation Code, 681, et seq.). Parking Operations requests that you inform them of your handicap space needs to ensure space availability in the assigned parking facility.

Citation Appeal Process
If you wish to appeal a citation, go to http://UTMB.vciteplus.com . No phone calls or in person requests will be considered
All appeals must be submitted ONLINE within three (3) business days from the date the citation was issued.
Enter the requested information to view the violation, then click on the blue text describing the violation, and review the citation details. Click the appeal button located in the lower left corner of the screen.
A determination will be made within three (3) business days of the date the appeal was submitted and an email notification will be sent.
