Dawn has made a lasting impact here at UTMB since 2003. She initially cared for patients as an OR nurse and, since 2019 has dedicated her efforts as the Structural Heart Coordinator for Cardiovascular Medicine.  After completing her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner studies in December 2025, she will continue to provide care for structural heart patients in her new role as an Advanced Practice Provider for Cardiovascular Medicine.  She will remain dedicated to individualize care to meet the practical needs of every patient and ensure proper continuity of care to achieve the best results. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and cooking on the grill . Her sense of humor and enthusiasm for helping others reflects in both her personal family life and the care she provides to her patients.
