- Lead Planning and space programming on capital projects for adherence to master plan
- Review Design Development on capital projects for adherence to program and schematic design
- Programming, test fits, options and solutions for decisions at RESCC Stage 1
- Space planning analysis, feasibility, cost information for decisions at RESCC Stage 2
- Board of Regents documentation and approvals for capital projects
- Annual Space Gap Analysis – Academic Enterprise, Inst. Support and Health System
- Support misc. planning studies, feasibility analysis as approved by RESCC Stage 1
