The Meeting was called to order by Dr. Harold Pine at 4:30 pm

• Dr. Pine met with Dr. Raimer and Dr. Mouton, still committed to pushing a wellness agenda currently a work in progress.
• Dr. Pine's last meeting before going on sabbatical leave for 6 months. Chair-Elect Dr. Chris Messenger will be interim chair for July and August 2022.
• Viima APP – Continue to use
• FY23 Chair-Elected Announced - Dr. Shannan Rossi 

3. Dr. Nisha Garg – "Faculty Nomination, Awards and Recognition"

• Why UTMB
• Why Faculty Awards
• Recruitment, nomination, and resources for various awards
• Organizational efforts
• Provide resources for faculty seeking various awards
• Strategies to increase the number of faculty who are nominated each year for external awards.
