Dr. Thomas Frank, PGY-3 resident in the Department of Neurosurgery, was awarded the William Cheek Award at Texas Children’s Hospital. The award is given every June to the outstanding neurosurgery resident rotating on the service at TCH, and includes candidates from UTMB, Baylor, and Methodist. Galveston neurosurgery residents have received the award 3 of the past 8 years.
