How do I apply to the NSRF?

  1. Submit an abstract with your unpublished research using the Abstract Submission Form found in the side panel by the following dates:

    2. Oral Presentation Deadline: March 9, 2024
    Poster Presentation Deadline:     March 23, 2024

  2. Your faculty advisor will receive an email asking to approve your submission.
  3. You will receive an email confirming we received your submission following faculty advisor approval.
  4. If your abstract was accepted for presentation, you will receive an email by March 31st, 2024. This email will include a link to the payment form. Payments are due no later than April 5th, 2024.
  5. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with your participant packet which will include instructions for your presentation.
  6. You will also receive a detailed schedule closer to the date of the forum.

If you are a student at UTMB and your Department will sponsor your submission, please refer to the form under the “UTMB Sponsor Form”.
