Submit an abstract with your unpublished research using the Abstract Submission Form found in the side panel by the following dates:
Early bird deadline: Monday, March 29, 2021
Regular deadline: Wednesday, April 28, 2021
Pay the registration fee through the online payment system by March 31, 2021 for the early bird discount ($75) or by April 30, 2021 for the regular registration fee ($100). We will email a link to pay once we have approved your abstract for presentation. Please allow a week from abstract submission for us to process your submission and email your registration packet.
The conference will include presentations in poster and oral formats. For poster presentations, please submit your poster as a pdf document. Additionally, you can record an audio clip to accompany your poster explaining your research; we suggest highlighting the pertinent details in approximately 3-5 minutes.
During the NSRF, you will be given a 1.5 hour timeslot to be virtually available for questions. Questions will most likely come in the form of text messages through the virtual client. Additionally, presenters and attendees/judges can open virtual rooms to discuss posters in more detail.
For oral presentations, you will record a 15-20 minute presentation to be played in real time during the conference followed by a live Q&A session.
Poster presentation materials (audio clip and pdf) and oral presentation materials (video) must be submitted to NSRF.Galveston@utmb.edu by April 30, 2021.
Get ready! After your submitted abstract has been approved, we will send you a submission ID number that can be used to pay for registration. You can pay using the link provided in the registration confirmation e-mail or using the "Payment Portal" located in the left-hand menu. The approval process can take up to a week, so make sure to get your abstracts in well before the registration deadline.
See you (virtually) at the 2021 NSRF!
