- Submit an abstract with your unpublished research using the Abstract Submission Form found in the side panel by the following dates:
Oral Presentation Deadline: February 22, 2025
Poster Presentation Deadline: March 1, 2025
- Your faculty advisor will receive an email asking to approve your submission.
- You will receive an email confirming we received your submission following faculty advisor approval.
- If your abstract was accepted for presentation, you will receive an email by March 17, 2025. This email will include a link to the payment form. Payments are due no later than March 21st, 2025.
- Once payment has been received, you will receive an email with your participant packet which will include instructions for your presentation.
- You will also receive a detailed schedule closer to the date of the forum.
