Objectives

Upon completion of this module, you will be able to:

A. Make a digital video recording using a webcam, digital video camera, or cell phone.

B. Learn simple video editing using Microsoft Movie Maker.

1. Install Movie Maker
2. Import a video file from your PC, your camera, or phone
3. Delete clips at beginning, end, and middle of a video
4. Add simple titles and/or credits
5. Save the edited file as a Microsoft wmv file
6. Import the file into LOs or upload to YouTube

C. Learn about YouTube.

1. Create a YouTube account
2. Upload a video to YouTube
3. Search YouTube for videos to use for educational purposes
4. Embed/link YouTube videos in LOs

At the conclusion of the module, you will be asked to create a short video describing why you like being an ADAPTer that we might use as a tool for recruiting the next ADAPT cohort. We also encourage you to create a holiday greeting for your family with your new found skills.
