Bhargav Patel

Bhargav Patel joined the Provost’s Office in May 2013. Bhargav is a Software Systems Program Manager who supports the Academic Enterprise by managing Power, myPower and Find a Doctor web applications. He is passionate about new technologies. 

 Before joining UTMB, Bhargav worked for three years for various organizations, including Schlumberger, Tesco Corporation and the University of Houston. He worked on developing various software processes during that time.  

Bhargav graduated from University of Houston (Main Campus) with master’s degree in computer science. Before that he completed a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from India. When he is not working, he enjoys playing cricket (like baseball) and has interest in space exploration.
