Management Analyst II

In her current role as a Management Analyst within Faculty Group Practice Operations, Eimilly plays a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights that empower leadership to make informed strategic and operational decisions, driving the growth and success of UTMB.

Before joining UTMB, Eimilly gained extensive experience as an early childhood educator in Japan, where she excelled as a Curriculum Developer and Teacher Trainer for elementary schools. During this time, she led the development and successful implementation of a comprehensive two-year English Language Program, making a positive impact on numerous students and teachers.

Building on her expertise, Eimilly assumed the position of head teacher at an Outdoor International Preschool, where she made significant contributions to the development and piloting of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP). Her dedication and involvement were instrumental in shaping the program and ensuring its successful integration.

Eimilly holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Classical Civilizations from the University of South Florida and is actively pursuing an MBA with a concentration on Data Analytics at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi.
