Kharla Lisano

Kharla Lisano joined UTMB’S Office of the Provost as a Financial Analyst II in May 2023. She supports the Academic Enterprise by performing financial and operational analysis. 

In her previous role, she was the Senior Administrative Assistant at INEOS USA Oil & Gas where she managed the process to get new Master Service Agreements in place with new contractors for well development and submitted reporting documentation to the state. She also had various other reporting tasks and projects to improve productivity of the oil & gas team. Kharla was also a part of the Women’s Network at INEOS and assisted with facilitating the first International Women's Day event at INEOS.   

Prior to INEOS, Kharla was the Operations Administrator with Kinder Morgan – Deer Park Rail Terminal. In her role, she created detailed spreadsheets to assist with analyzing expenses, accruals and costs. She also processed purchase order, assisted the Capital team with developing AFEs, maintained training documentation and processed invoices.  

Kharla holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiology/Pre-Health from University of Houston-Clear Lake and is a Notary for the State of Texas. 

Kharla lives in Texas City with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. When she is not at work, her hobbies include golfing, spending time with family and traveling.
