Overview:  If the word “holiday” causes you to break out in a cold sweat, this session is for YOU!  Join us to learn how to care for yourself and those you love during the upcoming holiday season.  While we will focus on the needs of family caregivers of people with dementia, anyone can benefit from tips for simplifying family gatherings, meals, and gift-giving so that you can focus on the joy of the season.
