Exciting changes will be in effect starting the New Year 2024 to the Purchasing Support Questionnaire (PSQ) Process. Effective Jan. 1, 2024 the Purchasing Support Questionnaire Form (PSQ) will not be required for Purchase Orders.
PSQ forms will still be required for New Contracts, Amendments and Sourcing Events (Invitations to Bid (ITBs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs)). We believe this change will reduce administrative burden for purchase orders of high dollar amounts.

If you have initiated a PSQ for a purchase order and it is already in process, it will still be included in the purchase order records--no need to recall the form.
