The Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) is appointed by the Program Director and includes:
- Ravi Radhakrishnan, MD - Associate Program Director, Chair of the Clinical Competency Committee
- Jennifer Moffett, MD - Associate Program Director – Didactics
- Patrick Walker, MD - Associate Program Director
Major Participating Site Directors:
- Jong Lee, MD - Shriners Hospitals for Children - Galveston
- Shannon Koehler, MD - Driscoll Children's Hospital - Corpus Christi
- Christopher Scally, MD - MD Anderson Cancer Center - Houston
Clinical Competency Committee (CCC)
The Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) will meet monthly. The duties of the Clinical
Competency Committee include:
- Reviewing all training evaluations of resident performance
- Preparing the semiannual report of Resident/Fellow’s Milestones progress
- Provide recommendations on resident advance, remediation, and dismissal
Concerns identified by the CCC are conveyed to the Program Director and appropriate action is taken.
