Elgene Mainous, DDS, FACD, FICD, emeritus professor for the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery within the Department of Surgery at UTMB, has been honored with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the American College of Dentists. This remarkable recognition was conferred during their annual meeting and convocation in sunny Orlando, Florida, on October 4th.
