UTMB Trauma Surgeon & future UTMB Pediatric Surgery Fellow Keyan Mobli, MD, joined other 3D printers around the nation to 3D print gifts for Toys for Tots. The program, started in 2018 by
IC3D Industries,
built over 70,000 toys this past holiday. Dr. Mobli is one of more than 350 “elves” in this program.
“The reason I began 3D printing was to help produce PPE for medical providers during the Covid-19 pandemic.”
