Dr. Stephen B. Williams was invited lecturer on the topic, “Expanding The Use of Bladder Preservation Options For Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer” at The University of Texas Christopher G. Wood Advances in Urologic Oncology Symposium.
Dr. Williams compared several different options for the treatment of bladder cancer of patients. The goals of treatment were to get rid of the cancer while preserving normal function for the urinary and sexual systems. He also studied long-term survival
rates of those patients.
