FAR is comprised of several departments that provide UTMB with a broad range of central financial services in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, federal and state regulations, policies, procedures, as well as sound business practices. These services include financial reporting, payroll and treasury functions, internal control structure, UT System and State of Texas reporting, tax compliance, and assuring successful financial audit completion.
