Overtime for 8/80 Employees
Biweekly Overtime occurs when hours are worked over 80 in a two week period excluding the hours worked over 8 in a day. Hours recorded over 80 in two weeks, excluding the hours worked over 8 in a day, due to leave time taken are paid at the regular rate of pay for the hours equal to leave time recorded.
