The Administrative Fellowship Program provides recent graduates from an accredited MHA program or similar degree plan with the opportunity to begin a successful career in health care administration. Fellows will apply the knowledge gained in the classroom to real world situations and explore hospital operations through the completion of a wide range of projects. Fellows receive one-on-one mentorships with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of the UTMB Health System and meet on weekly basis with the Administrative Fellowship Program Sponsor.
