The Property Services “Champions of Maintenance” Recognition Program celebrates excellence, dedication, and teamwork within our department.

This program honors individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their roles—whether through exceptional technical skill, maintaining safe, organized workspaces, responding under pressure, or demonstrating leadership and reliability.

Quarterly and annual awards highlight achievements such as MVP, Golden Glove, Clutch Performer, and Maintenance Champion of the Year, as well as special honors like the Hall of Fame and Defensive Coordinator.
