Job Search Strategies: The STAR Technique for Interviews

Attention UTMB GSBS GRAD STUDENTS & POSTDOCS!

Are you interested in learning about a career in industry and the skills industry is looking for? If so, the Accelerate to Industry (A2i) program is here to help you understand more about what a career in industry looks like.

As a partnering institution with the Accelerate to Industry (A2i) program, all UTMB grad students & postdocs are invited to participate in this year's virtual Job Search Strategies (JSS) series being offered by North Carolina State University.  These will be offered on Thursdays in June from 11-12 CST (please note their info says 12-1pm but that is EST).

Join Assistant Dean for Professional Development Dr. Rhonda Sutton on her presentation using the

STAR technique for responding to interview questions.

There is no cost to participate but pre-registration is required and is now open (http://go.ncsu.edu/summer-jss).

Contact Dr. Tracy Toliver-Kinsky (ttoliver@UTMB.EDU) with questions or for more information.
