Applying for and receiving individual fellowships, scholarships, or other award opportunities is a great way to support your studies, research, or professional development and demonstrate your communication skills when applying for future opportunities. Funding opportunities are available from government institutions, colleges and universities and nonprofit funding organizations. In this session, a panel of nonprofit funding professionals will discuss why and when it is beneficial to apply for funding, examples of available funding opportunities and strategies for making your application competitive.
