UTMB has implemented a new cloud-based talent management system to streamline our recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes. Taleo Recruit provides the technologies and tools needed to actively compete for top talent and will be used by Human Resources, Faculty Recruitment, Correctional Managed Care and HealthCare Systems Staffing.
