What's the Tea? – UTMB Leader Learning Series

What’s the Tea is a collaborative learning series that gives UTMB’s leaders small sips of hot topics within Human Resources and across the university.

It is offered virtually the third Wednesday of every month to connect you with the information, tools and resources needed to successfully lead your team. It also allows you to network with your peers and to learn from their knowledge and experiences.

From the initial complaint to the final findings, this session will cover the process for receiving and managing complaints, what to expect during an investigation, confidentiality, and the steps taken when findings are substantiated.
