Typically, our students matriculate with an undergraduate degree in
one or more of the physical sciences, and they apply their undergraduate
disciplines in their PhD research to biological problems. Our
curriculum
emphasizes physical and mathematical approaches to problem solving in
the context of biology, and our educational goal is to produce
well-rounded graduates capable of identifying and developing new
research in important areas of biological and medical sciences. If
this is of interest, we would be delighted to have you
contact us.
Enjoy your visit to the MBET site along with the faculty and students who make it the fine program it is.
