Jenna Crosson is an experienced educator and leader with 10 years of teaching expertise and a strong background in research and grant management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Literature from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Master’s in Educational Technology and Leadership from Lamar University. Currently serving as the Research Development Specialist for her department, Jenna specializes in providing pre-award support to help faculty submit successful research grants in the pursuit of medical innovation. She has a strong passion for writing, editing, proofreading, and utilizing AI to enhance educational processes and drive innovation.

Jenna is deadline-driven and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of successfully managing grant processes from inception to completion.
