Did you know that hearing and social connection are linked to healthy aging?

A recent study found that older adults with better hearing and stronger social connections tended to have better cognitive function over time. Researchers also found that people with better hearing were more likely to stay socially engaged. The findings suggest that staying connected with family, friends, and community activities, while taking care of your hearing health, may support brain health as you age.
