Electronic Strategies for Tailored Exercise to Prevent Falls: Evaluating Implementation in Primary Care
A recent study from Dr. Hommel and colleagues found that electronic tools used in primary care helped identify older adults at risk for falls and connect them with gait and balance exercises. Researchers found that these technology-supported strategies may help older adults stay active, maintain mobility, and reduce fall risk.
Authors include Jenna Reisler, Patricia Dykes, Nancy K. Latham, Efstathia Polychronopoulou, and Erin Hommel.
