We ensure the highest quality products from appropriate sources of supply at the best value for the Institution.

We leverage Institutional buying power through strategic supplier management, contract negotiation, and collaborative buying.

We ensure compliance with Federal, State and UTMB policies and regulations through programs such as:

  • State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program
  • Federal Small Business Program
  • Records Management & Retention Scheduling

We serve the community through our Surplus Products & Equipment auctions providing low cost options for small businesses and schools.

We encourage customers and staff to provide feedback on our performance, or share ideas and suggestions on how we may improve our services.
