Samuel Baron, MD My research interests are:

Host defenses against viral infection, including immunologically specific and innate responses.
Prevention and treatment of viral infection with vaccines, passive immunity, and innate immunity.
Viruses under study include HIV, Herpes simplex virus, pox viruses, flaviviruses, picornavirus, influenza, and respiratory syncytial virus.
