UTMB Student Housing consists of more than 200 rooms for our full time students in our Dorm and Apartment Programs. UTMB Student Housing is committed to providing great customer service with great amenities and quality facilities. UTMB Student Housing is looking forward to serving your housing needs.

UTMB Student Housing offers its residents low rent and facilities that are conveniently located within the UTMB campus. Many of our buildings are on-campus located within walking distance of all Medical Branch buildings. Other locations include free shuttle service to and from the UTMB campus.

Dorm Program

The UTMB Student Housing Dorm program consists of three residence halls offering 55 rooms for our full-time students. The dorm program provides students with an opportunity to live on or near campus at affordable prices. To find out more about the Dorm program click here

Apartment Program

The UTMB Student Housing Apartment program is located at the Ferry Road Apartment complex and offers housing for students and their immediate family. The Ferry Road Apartments offer one bedroom efficiencies, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, as well as one 3 Bedroom House. For more information, click here
