What about events that span two or more days?
Events that span multiple days will be displayed on each of those days.
Can event text be formatted or customized in any way?
The WYSIWYG editor does allow some customization, but it’s important for events to maintain a consistent look for readability.

I need to edit or retract an event submitted by my coworker. How do I do that?
For security reasons, events may only be edited or retracted by those who submitted them. This follows the same model used in the UTMB Daily Announcements.
I click the “Submit/Edit/Retract an Event” button, and I get the login dialogue box, but I can’t log in. What do I do now?
First, make sure you are using your UTMB username and password, the same one you use every day to log on to your computer. Once that’s been established, try inserting the UTMB login domain in front of your username, like this: “utmb-users-m\username” If that doesn’t solve the problem, please call the HelpDesk at extension 25200 to report your problem.
