Dr. Patricia Blair presented on Correctional Healthcare delivery at UTMB, its implications for the broader community, and UTMB's unique opportunity to impact health equity and social determinants of health in underserved and marginalized populations in Texas.

Dr. Blair's research area is with underserved, marginalized justice-involved populations. She is chair-elect on the National Commission on Correctional HealthCare (NCCHC) board of representatives and has a widely recognized certification as a correctional health professional (CCHP).
