SACSCOC Administrative Effectiveness Efforts Continue
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) continues its work on SACSCOC Standard 7.3: Administrative Effectiveness, which requires institutions to identify expected outcomes for administrative support services, assess the extent to which those outcomes are achieved, and use assessment results to improve operations and support the institution's mission.
As part of the reaffirmation process, OIE is partnering with administrative and business units across UTMB to collect FY 2026 scorecards, work management documents, and other assessment materials that demonstrate outcomes, performance measures, and continuous improvement efforts. These materials provide important evidence of how administrative units use data-informed processes to evaluate effectiveness, strengthen services, and contribute to institutional success.
