Dr. Smith has joined the Institute for Medical Humanities and Preventive Medicine and Populations Health as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Smith received her PhD in Applied Humanities (Bioethics Option) in 2016 from the University of Montreal. She recently completed her post-doctoral fellowship in bioethics at the NIH in 2019 and has been acting as a consultant and lecturer at the University of Montreal in the School of Public Health.
