Taking care of your pelvic floor

During a recent interview with Melanie Camp of the Houston Life team, Dr. Elisha Jackson, assistant professor and provider with the UTMB Health Urogynecology team, and Dr. Haley Georgiades, a physical therapist with the UTMB Health Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation team shared insight and tips on pelvic floor care. 

From surgical procedures and treatments in-office to at-home preventive solutions, the two clinicians want women to know they have options when it comes to taking care of their pelvic floor muscles.
