UTMB police seeks public feedback on accreditation

As part of its dedication to enhanced professionalism and law enforcement excellence in public safety and community relations, the University of Texas Medical Branch Police Department voluntarily became a Nationally Accredited Law Enforcement Agency through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) in 2012.

As part of our ongoing accreditation process, we invite public feedback via the CALEA Public Comment Portal located here: https://cimrs2.calea.org/72

The purpose of this public portal is to provide an opportunity for comments, commendations, and other information regarding the UTMB Police Department’s quality of service or other information to support continuous improvement as well as foster our pursuit of professional excellence.

Please note: CALEA is not an investigatory body and subsequently the public portal should not be used to submit information for such purposes. Participants will not receive a response other than acknowledgement to submissions; however, the information will be considered in context to its relevancy to compliance with standards and the tenets of CALEA Accreditation.
