Drs. Mark Holden, Director, Division of General Internal Medicine; Rebecca Saavedra, Ed.D., Vice-President, Office of Strategic Management and Dr. Karen Szauter, Professor, Department of Medicine, Office of Clinical Simulation, facilitated a program for Faculty on how to have "tough conversations" using a video clip of a discussion between a Chair and a Faculty member, a role play between a medical student and a preceptor and an interactive exercise in which participants were asked to have a tough conversation that they had or were going to have.   Click here to see the power point presentation.
