Katherine Rosen

Ms. Katherine Rosen is the training manager for the FDA-UTMB Collaborative Education Program in the UTMB Office of Regulated Nonclinical Studies. She liaises with the Project Director, Training Specialist, FDA partners and other stakeholders to effectively manage the program’s course logistics and expansion.  

Ms. Rosen is a dynamic leader with cross-industry experience in higher education and healthcare. She has extensive experience in training and development, adult learning, project management, human resources, higher education management, academic advising and patient advocacy. She is completely bilingual of native/fluent proficiency (Spanish/English) and is experienced in medical terminology and medical interpretation/translation. Ms. Rosen has also served as chair of EMERGE, an employee resource group for multigenerational professionals, and served on the UTMB Diversity Council from November 2018 to June 2019.

In her free time, Katherine enjoys spending time with her son, boyfriend, friends and family. She also enjoys traveling, reading and yoga.
