The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) is launching a Seed Grant program to foster collaborative, interdisciplinary research projects in public health. The program emphasizes the importance of obtaining necessary approvals for projects involving human subjects or animal research by February 1, 2024, and highlights the expected outcomes, including peer-reviewed publications and externally funded grant applications.
