Dr. Weller has expertise in the areas of field research study design (especially for field studies), survey development, and measurement of cultural beliefs about disease and vaccines. She has conducted field studies concerning malaria treatment and prevention in Guatemala. In addition, she has conducted research on sexually transmitted diseases.
