Chris Soudah and Christopher Thang: Connect at UTMB is a mentorship and tutoring program for socioeconomically disadvantaged GISD elementary and middle school students and is the LARGEST community outreach organization at UTMB. Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders interpersonally and academically by way of exploring STEM fields, while creating an opportunity for interdisciplinary UTMB student professionals to connect with the Galveston community.
