Thelma Taylor

Thelma joined the team in April 2022 as the Program Manager for Texas AETC South Central and AHEC East. She holds an M.S. in Human and Social Services and Human Resource Management. Thelma brings over nine years of experience in social services, project management, and program development. She has worked extensively in the foster care system, managed crisis response efforts, supported community outreach initiatives, and overseen data and policy implementation projects. Thelma also has a strong interest in public health education, particularly around HIV and diabetes awareness. She looks forward to contributing her knowledge and skills to support the ongoing work of the AETC and AHEC programs.
