Blueprint for Independence: Crafting a Winning K Award Career Development Plan
Your science may be strong, but K award reviewers also need to see a clear path to independence. This two session, hands-on workshop, shows you how to build a career development plan that connects your training goals, mentoring team, and research into one persuasive story. You’ll learn what reviewers look for, how to identify and fill real skill gaps, and how to turn a list of courses into a focused, credible plan.
Bring your draft or your ideas, and leave with a blueprint you can use.
