Designed for early-career faculty (instructors or assistant professors with less than five years at rank), this three-day bootcamp provides overviews of key leadership competency areas, developed and delivered BY faculty members in academic health FOR early-career faculty members in academic health.

UTMB investigators may submit proposals for the AXIS (AI x Interdisciplinary Science) Pilot Program. Pilot awards will support projects that actively apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) approaches.
