David H. Walker, MD, Professor in the Department of Pathology, is a 2024 Piper Professor. Dr. Walker was selected for his unwavering commitment to UTMB's educational mission - from his leadership and support of faculty to his teaching record with students of all levels. He will be honored at the Faculty Recognition Reception on Sept. 5.
