Nearly 200 guests attended the Sealy Institute for Drug Discovery (SIDD) open house on Nov. 19, which included lab tours by the institute's Principal Investigators and shared insight into its mission to translate cutting-edge scientific discoveries into tangible therapeutic solutions.
The event also introduced the inaugural "Art of Science" photo contest winners, whose work now hangs in Research Building 17: Dongmyung Oh, PhD; Junji Iwahara, PhD; Maureen Laroche, PhD; Claudia Marino, PhD; George McNamara, PhD; Omar Saldarriaga, DVM, PhD; Madhuri Tatiparthy, PhD; and Kyle Koss, PhD.
