During National Mental Health Awareness Month, the Academic Enterprise Office of Wellness sought to create "More Good Days, Together" – bringing the UTMB community together through a series of wellness activities that encouraged connection, reflection, and balance.
From yoga sessions to creative workshops to connection with mental health resources, these efforts helped create space for meaningful pauses throughout our work and school days. We are proud to support a culture where mental well-being is visible, valued, and supported year-round!
